2018 Blizzard Sheeva 10 Women's Demo Skis with Bindings
Is your time on groomers limited to hopping on the cat track to get back to the gondola and back out to the big bowls? Have you found the Samba or the Black Pearl enjoyable, but want something a little more freeride friendly? Then look no further. The Blizzard Sheeva 10 is designed to crush in corn, crud, soft snow, spring slush, and on any terrain. While not as nimble as the narrower, more cambered Black Pearl on groomers, the Sheeva can still hold an edge and arc some nice variable-length turns. The Sheeva 10 still sports a rocker-camber-rocker profile, so you do have a good amount of effective edge to work with when you weight a carving turn. But, the more flexible tip and tail allow for more fun in soft conditions. Playful and poppy, the Sheeva just begs to be surfed down some pillowy drops or stomped through spring bumps. The Sheeva 10 strikes a perfect balance as an all mountain freeride ski. While she can hold her own in powder, her bigger sister the Sheeva 11 really dominates in the category. And while the Pearl 98 has the front-to-sidecountry well-covered, the Sheeva 10 fills the niche of a more freeride oriented all-mountain ski. The blend of wood in the core makes the Sheeva 10 particularly light and playful, while the carbon flipcore gives you real stability and power underfoot. The result is the perfect level of power, responsiveness, and lightness for some freeride fun.
