The Dynastar Outland 80 XT skis are a new ski from Dynastar for the frontside all mountain skiers. Sharing the same platform as it's big brother (the Pro) the 80 XT uses an 80mm waist to offer a quick edge to edge feel and good rebound just with a softer overall feel to make it a more forgiving and mellow. This makes the Outland 80 XT great for athletic intermediate to casual advanced skiers who want the precision feel of a performance ski but don't want to be punished for small missteps. The 3D construction of the Outland 80 XT skis retains great edge grip and a low swing weight so it is nimble and solid underfoot. The Dynastar Outland 80 XT offers Super Fiber, a basalt and aramid weave, to dampen vibrations and control the rebound energy for consistent and balanced pop. To add the all-mountain feel to the 80 XT all mountain rocker flares up the tip and tail rocker 30 percent of the ski, which allows the ski to glide over crud and light powder and makes for easier but more precise turn initiation. The Dynastar Outland 80 XT skis are a great blend of performance when you want it and forgiveness when you need it for cruising and charging the whole mountain.
