2015 Rossignol Axial 2 180 Maxflex Ski Bindings

The 2015 Rossignol Axial 2 180 Maxflex ski binding is for demanding ski racers who need a high DIN setting and a solid ride. Compatible with 2015 and older Rossignol race plates, the Maxflex plate allows for flexibility underfoot, but does not compromise stability. Whether you're at the top of the start gate of a FIS race or blowing up your local beer league race, you'll be at a huge advantage with your boots clicked into the 2015 Rossignol Axial 2 180. If your skis are the car, then the bindings are the steering wheel-taking every input from your boot and transmitting them to your ski. Bindings should not be a meaningless afterthought-they are the connective tissue holding all of your energy input together. Rossignol's Axial technology is long tested and high performing. This binding includes 45mm of toe elasticity and 25mm of heel travel; reducing pre-release and increasing safety. These Axials have a DIN range of 10-18, so if you do not chart out to at least a 10 DIN, you should consider a different binding with a lower DIN threshold. While complex in nature, it's actually a simple design-the tried and true toe piece hasn't changed in years, while the Axial heel continues to improve and get safer over time. All serious racers should consider the 2015 Rossignol Axial 2 180 Maxflex ski binding for their next race.

  • Maxflex construction

2015? but are they compatible with those 2017 Rossi Gs 195 skis for $149?
Question by: Tom Spoelman on Nov 18, 2019, 8:52 PM
Thanks for your inquiry. We appreciate your business!

The bindings are compatible and we have the skis paired with the bindings in one of our a Killer Deals including FREE mounting! I have included a link below to view the setup. If that works for you please go ahead and place your order including your actual boot sole in millimeters (mm) for mounting. Then we will send it right out to you.

Please note you will still have to take them to a certified technician at a local ski shop before your first run. They will need to set the forward pressure, Din and test the bindings with your boot and adjust them to your height and weight to ensure safety and stability.

We also recommend that you register for an account at checkout to join our Loyalty Points Program. It is a great way to earn some additional savings on future orders! http://www.skiessentials.com/loyalty-program

We look forward to your order!

What size brakes do these come with? I’m looking to pair with some Olin DXK’s that I just picked up that are unmourned still in the plastic.

Hi Jonathan,
This comes with a 80mm brake but it is only compatible with 2015 or older Rossignol race plates. You would not be able to drill it directly on your Olins without those race plates.
