2021 Armada Victa 87 Ti Women's Skis w/ Salomon Warden 11 Bindings
Armada Victa 87 Ti Women's Skis with Bindings
The Armada Victa 87 Ti is a fantastic ski that blurs the lines between frontside carving performance and all-mountain versatility. Historically, Armada isn't necessarily known for this type of ski, but they've proven in recent years to make some high quality, high performing skis outside of the twin tip category they're best known for. Armada uses a poplar wood core for the Victa 87 Ti. Carbon Kevlar struts help provide edge grip and responsiveness, while Titanal laminates give the ski a smooth, damp, powerful feel. Armada uses their AR Nose Rocker profile in this ski, which is mostly camber with just some smooth, relatively subtle early rise in the tip. There is little to no rise in the tail, which helps give the ski the ability to cleanly finish a carving turn. That tip rocker helps smooth out turn initiation too, which only enhances its smooth feel. While carving performance and firm snow capabilities are arguably the main goals of the Victa 87 Ti, it' a great choice as an all-mountain ski for a lot of skiers. It's quick, nimble, and relatively maneuverable too, which helps in terrain like moguls and trees. Skiers who spend most of their time on groomed slopes, but who also like to venture off-piste from time to time to mix things up will love the Victa 87 Ti.
