Fischer Ranger 92 Ti WS Women's Skis

The Fischer Ranger 92 Ti women's skis are a prime example of a true all-mountain ski that loves to be taken anywhere and everywhere on the mountain. We always look to these ∼90 mm skis as the benchmark for actual all-mountain performance, since they blend the attributes of on-trail carving and off-trail adventure better than most other shapes. Narrow enough to hold a tight edge on firm snow, the Ranger 92 Ti can carve it up with the best of them. They're still quick enough to rip off quick turns thanks to the precision of the metal underfoot, and they're light enough to get those turns around due to the carbon nose. The combination of these attributes makes them a formidable front-side carver, and if the discussion ended there, these would already be fantastic skis. But it doesn't. The conversation continues with the soft snow performance and the all-mountain versatility that the skis employ, and the lightness of the carbon nose and the rocker found in the tips and tails has a lot to do with that. With a longer and lower tip rocker profile than is found on some other models in this shape, the Ranger 92 Ti can float with the best of them in terms of relative width. Light tips make for great flotation, and the taper is a bit more suited to that soft snow. You'll love the performance and versatility that these skis have, from the partial metal and carbon laminates to the light and energetic wood core, Fischer has really thought of it all with the Ranger 92 Ti women's skis.

my daughter is 5'8" and an aggressive skier, high school racer, and I am stuck between 163cm or 171cm. The rocker tip helps make the ski feel a little shorter but i am not sure what size to get her? Currently she is skiing on 165cm Noricda carving ski( i forgot the model). What is your advice?

Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for your inquiry-

At your daughters height and skiing ability, we would strongly recommend the 171cm length. 163cm is too short for her.

Hope this helps and think snow!
