Kastle FX86 Skis with Bindings

The Kastle FX86 skis with bindings are a sweet setup for skiers who love to dabble in a little bit of everything. What makes this setup stand out, though, is the supremely high-quality with which Kastle builds their skis. We talk about it a lot, whether the skis reflect their price, and on one hand, yes, they're built to a different level of quality for sure, and when we add the bindings to the deal, it makes the whole thing a little bit more approachable. Built with a sophisticated wood core consisting of poplar, beech, and paulownia wood, the skis have all the right stiffnesses and densities in all the right places. There's a lot to like about the ski's ability to carve like a race ski on firm snow and float through soft snow like a top-tier powder ski, even at only 86 mm underfoot. This ability speaks volumes as to the versatility and overall quality that Kastle puts in. For most skiers, having more than one pair is a big-time luxury, and with something like the FX86, you don't really need to go that route. These skis with bindings have all you need for total all-mountain performance, ranging from early morning groomers to late-day crud. The fiberglass that wraps the central chord of the ski goes a long way to boost the performance, and while they lack the beef of a ski with multiple sheets of metal, that's really not the way that these skiers want their skis. The Kastle FX86 skis with bindings represent an ideal setup for intermediate to expert skiers who love quality and versatility.
