Tyrolia Attack 13 GW Bindings

The Tyrolia Attack 13 GW bindings pick up right where the older versions left off. These are high-end all-mountain and freeride bindings that are capable of handling expert skiers and rugged terrain. They are compact, easy to use, and have very consistent release values. For bindings, having a great blend of performance and safety is of the utmost importance. Bindings can sometimes be considered an afterthought, but they should be given more priority due to their importance to the overall performance of your equipment setup. As the only points of contact between your boots and your skis, the bindings play a pivotal role in how energy is transferred from one piece of equipment to another. As such, the bindings act like a steering wheel for your skis, and that every movement that comes out of your boots has to get to the ski somehow. The binding continues the current of energy, so the more efficiently it does this, the better the performance is going to be. With a FR Pro Toe, it's easy to get in, and the compact size and shape of the toe piece is minimalistic and substantial at the same time. The GripWalk compatible toe has an AFD height adjustment that allows different boot soles to be safely used in the binding. As always, please have a certified binding technician do all this stuff for you. This way, the safety aspect of the binding will function as its designed, with no surprises.

I have a pair of new skis w/ a 96 waist........will these Tyrolia 2021 Attack2 13 GW bindings fit my skis ? Your website shows the color red as an option. Do you have them in stock....I live in Burlington. Thanks
Question by: Pete Saile on Oct 20, 2020, 2:23 PM
Thanks for your inquiry. The Attack2 13 GW bindings with the 95mm brake width will be a great option on your skis with a 96mm waist width. We do have a few pairs of the Red bindings. If that works for you get your order placed.

Need bindings for Nordica enforcers 100
What is the correct ski brake size ?
Question by: Tony on Jan 27, 2021, 1:52 PM
Hi Tony!
I'd put the 95's on my personal skis, but we most often include the 110's with orders.

What is the difference between these and the new Attack 14, other than the higher DIN limit?
Question by: Matt on Jan 2, 2022, 2:56 AM
Hi Matt,

Other than the higher DIN range with the 14, you'll get a slightly lighter weight and the 14 is also Gripwalk compatible. The 13 is NOT. A LOT of new ALPINE AND AT boots feature Gripwalk soles.

Hope this helps!

I have a new pair of Line Chronic 95s, will the 110 mm brake size be fine?
Question by: Brandon Chen on Jul 2, 2021, 6:30 PM
Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us. The 95 mm brake should work with the 95 waist ski. There is usually a little room in the brake. The 110 maybe a little wide and interfere with skiing. I would recommend the 95 mm brake over the 110. Hope this helps, Alli

I know this binding will work with a standard ski boot and the new Grip Walk soles.

But will they work with AT boots? I ski Scarpa Maestrales and Full Tilt Ascendants ...

Question by: George Smith on Feb 28, 2021, 9:56 AM
HI George!
I believe your Maestrales have a full Vibram sole, which is not compatible with those bindings. The Ascendant appears to have an AFD plate on the toe piece which will function the same as GRipWalk and is compatible. The Tyrolia Attack 14 AT will accommodate both. Have fun!

Hi,will the attack2 13 binding fit and work on a 82 waist ski or is it too wide?
Question by: Joseph on Dec 6, 2021, 4:02 PM
Hello Joseph,

Thanks for your inquiry-

This binding will work, but you'll need to call customer service when placing your order and request the 85mm brake option which is not listed on our web site for brake size options. We do have the narrower brakes in stock, you will just need to special request the swap.

What's the play in the adjustement of the back binding? Like i have 28,5 boots and the bindings are for 26,5 boots will the adjustement be enough to fit my boots?
Question by: Charb on Jan 27, 2022, 12:59 PM
Hi Charb,

Too much of a jump in size. You will have remount with any binding that you choose. (Tyrolia, Marker, Salomon, etc.) This is not a bad thing by the way. You will not notice a difference in the skis performance what so ever.

Answer by: Dave Hatoff on Jan 27, 2022, 1:54 PM
I recently purchased Salomon shift pro 100 (which is hybrid (supports AT mode) with Grip Walk). Would it work with those ?
Question by: Sahil Badyal on Jan 31, 2022, 12:41 PM
Hi Sahil!
Yes, as long as you have an AFD on the boot sole, you're all good with the Attack 13 binding, or any binding that indicates GW, for that matter. Have fun!
