Black Crows Camox Junior Skis

Kids have it so good these days when it comes to junior skis. Not like when I was a kid and we were just given straight skis that were too long and had no sidecut whatsoever. Not that I'm complaining, I still had a blast, but you look at some of the kids skis out there today and it's no wonder that they're ripping tougher terrain and deeper snow than we ever were. With increased sidecuts and widths, the kids skis open up the whole mountain for fun and exploration. The Black Crows Camox junior skis are a prime example of this. Modeled after the adult versions of the skis, the Camox junior has style and stability for days. With a 90 mm waist in the 157 cm length, the skis have a good amount of width for flotation, but not too wide that it jeopardizes on-trail carving performance. Their use of double rocker makes for better flotation as well, while again, not compromising the edge grip and carving performance of the skis. Weighing 1375 grams per ski, they are pretty light and easy to use, but they don't feel flimsy or fake in the least. These are real-deal skis with a legitimate build and purpose. For a fairly simple build, though, they have a pretty high level of sophistication. Precise, light, and stable, the Camox Junior is built for true all-mountain skiing. We, as parents, have an obligation to set our kids up for success in anything that they do, and this is especially important in a sport like skiing.
