Blizzard Bonafide 97 Skis with Bindings

For 2022, the Blizzard Bonafide 97 with Bindings returns with a vengeance to attack the whole mountain. With a binding screwed on and ready to go, you have one of the most versatile all-mountain chargers on the market at your disposal. At its core, new for 2022, is Blizzards TrueBlend wood core. Using variable densities of wood, vertically laminated along the length of the skis, the ski wizards at Blizzard have been able to dial in the flex down to the millimeter. We think the tips and tails feel more accessible than ever, allowing the ski to be fun and agile even in tight situations. Don't worry, for you traditionalists out there who have come to love the precise and stable feel of the Bonafide model, that same confidence and calmness at speed still applies. Two full-length sheets of titanal keep the ride smooth even when the terrain is not. Sandwich sidewall construction allows for ultimate power transfer through the ski and into the snow, guaranteed to keep you on the rails through the full radius of powerful GS turns. A jack of all trades, rocker in the tips can float too when things start to soften up. Skiers with a forward, driving skiing style will come to appreciate the ease with which the tip initiates a turn, while the flat tails hold on with a white knuckle grip. The Bonafide might be its most accessible iteration ever, all while retaining ridiculous stability we loved in previous years. If you spend most of your time skiing forwards at high speeds and value a composed ride through a variety of conditions, the Bonafide 97 is a terrific option.

Do you know what the din range is on the bindings?
Question by: Tate Pasquini on Dec 21, 2020, 9:34 PM
Hi Tate!
Griffon bindings have a DIN range of 4-13. Have fun!

I’ve been skiing Bonafides since their original release in 173cm, what length do you recommend for the 2021 version?
5’ 7” 160lbs. Advanced level skier.
Question by: Gabriel de Leon Jr on Feb 12, 2021, 10:12 AM
Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for our delayed response. We would recommend sticking with the same size, the 171 length. You could size up but it would ski differently than your 173, and be slightly more aggressive with larger turn shapes. Hope this helps, SE
