2022 Kastle MX 83 Skis w/ Marker Griffon 13 ID Bindings
Kastle MX 83 Skis with Bindings
The Kastle MX 83 skis with bindings are a fantastic and top-shelf option for skiers who are looking for the best-possible carving ski in a wider shape and with a bit more versatility and well-roundedness built in. Thanks to Kastle's never-ending pursuit of perfecting ski construction, these skis start with a poplar and beech wood core in the central spine of the ski with the outer parts consisting of poplar-only stringers. That whole thing gets two sheets of fiberglass and two sheets of titanal to really round out the robustness of this setup. Our killer deals are too good to pass up from a value perspective, and pairing these skis with bindings is a great way for the skier to recoup some of the cost that comes along with the Kastle brand. You most certainly get the quality, though, as these skis and bindings are top-shelf in terms of fit and finish. When you make your first turn, or even just holding the ski in your hand, it's pretty clear that you have a nice product, and the quality simply oozes out of them. At 83 mm underfoot, the skis have the right amount of width to stay on top of crud and chop, but also have the appropriate narrowness to be torsionally stiff and responsive on the firmest and iciest of days. Whether you live and ski in a lower-snow area or are looking for a front side cruiser out west, these skis and bindings will definitely hold up their end of the bargain.
