Line Sir Francis Bacon Shorty Skis

Whether you're a young ripper who wants a legit freeride ski, or you're just vertically challenged, The Line Sir Francis Bacon Shorty is the perfect freeride weapon. Built using a very similar construction as the Sir Francis Bacon, the Shorty, as you might imagine, is just a shorter version designed for young kids, tweeners or just a lighter and shorter skier. The Shorty uses Line's Aspenlite wood core to keep the ski quick and agile. It is also built using a cap construction which reduces weight and improves durability overall. You'll find the same 107-millimeter waist, rockered tips and tails, early taper and a symetrical flex that we see in the larger version of the Bacon. This ski is perfect for young pow skiers on the prowl and allows for a lot of playfulness for those kids that want to hone in their switch skiing skills. It even works well in the park. It doesn't get much more legit than this when it comes to ski's designed for younger athletes. This thing will float through even the deepest snow, but has plenty of sidecut and effective edge for laying trenches into a groomer. Be the cool parent by giving your kid the Sir Francis Bacon Shorty as their next all-mountain ski. You'll thank us later. Just don't blame us when your kid starts doing things on the hill that make you want to turn your head.
