2022 Rossignol BLACK OPS Escaper Skis w/ Tyrolia Attack2 14 GW Bindings
Rossignol Blackops Escaper Skis with Bindings
The Rossignol Blackops Escaper is a fantastic all-mountain ski that blends a lightweight build with a smooth and stable performance in a variety of different conditions. Its forgiving and easy-going personality make it approachable to a wide range of skiers looking for a fun ski to use on any given day. The only thing this ski can't really handle is super deep powder, but that's not what it's designed for anyway. Rossignol uses a Paulownia wood core to keep the weight down and then adds in Damp Tech, a rubber material in the extremities of the ski to reduce vibration and improve ski to snow contact for a smooth and stable ride at higher speeds and choppy snow. Some camber underfoot gives you the edge hold you would expect out of an all-mountain ski like this, while a directional rocker profile provides versatility, float, and maneuverability all over the mountain. A true testament as to how versatile this ski is its capabilities as a touring ski. While heavier than a true dedicated touring ski, it is certainly light enough for that application especially when paired with either a low-profile tech binding or a hybrid binding for 50/50 use in and out of the resort. Skiers looking for a fun, playful and smooth all mountain ski with a wide range of applications will love the well-rounded performance of the Rossignol Blackops Escaper.
