No problem using the 2022 Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings 95 brake size with a 98 mm ski. Plenty of room to compensate.
I purchased a pair of Stockli Stormriders and went with the Attack 11 option. Reviewing further, I would probably be better with the Attack 14 given my ability level. The 11's are mounted and unused. Please let me know what the process is to swap these for the 14's.
You would have to pay for shipping both ways and there would be a 60-$80 upcharge for labor and remounting the new binding. You could also have the binding taken off by a local shop where you live and just send us back the binding in exchange for the 14 and just pay for the difference in bindings, which would be 30-$60. This option would certainly be the cheaper route.

I recently broke my old pair of Marker Squire Bindings and I've been looking into these Tyrolia Attack bindings. I have a set of Bent Chetler 100s in 180cm. Which brake width should I go with between the 95s and the 110s?
Those Attack 14 95 brakes work better for a 100 like the Atomic.
85mm would be too narrow for the Ripstick 88 unfortunately. Your best bet would be the next size up with the 95mm brake. If you wanted a perfect fitting binding then I would recommend the Warden 13 actually in a 90mm brake size. This binding and brake combo fit this ski in particular, better than just about anything else on the market.

If I ski a DIN at 8 (like most people i would guess) why not buy the 12? Doesn't appear there is more metal in the 14 for durability or safety...
I'm a pretty advanced 160lb skier.
I'm still trying to figure out when I would need to upgrade to a beefier binding (Currently i have attack 13s) I ski just about everything on and off piste, Drop 5 foot + cliffs, hit 55mph+ often. I've never had a release problem ever! Is it my weight? I would say I'm more aggressive than 90% of skiers on the mountain. Does it sound like I'll ever have a need for a real premium binding? Or should I save some $ and buy 11 or 12 DIN bindings going forward?
The Attack 14 has more durable internal components and thicker moulded parts and that's the real benefit of a more premium binding like these or Pivots. It's heavier than the Attack 11 but can take much more of a beating. The Attack 11 is more for people under 150 lbs and in the DIN 5 to max 8 range. After that you want something beefier. In your case since you ski relatively aggressively you'll want the 14 over the 11. There's a much higher chance of the 11 breaking compared to the 14 if your pushing hard and hitting drops consistently. It's a little more money upfront but its still better than buying a second binding all together if the 11 were to break. Hope this answers your question!
