Order Processing
Place your order Monday-Friday by 12:00 PM EST and we will make every effort to ship it the same business day. Skis with custom binding mounting may take an extra day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. Please be sure to choose your shipping option accordingly to account for transit times, especially during busy holiday periods. See the map below for a guide based on typical transit times.

We ship most items via UPS or FedEx. Please provide a physical street address, as US and FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need shipping advice, feel free to contact us and we accommodate you to our best ability. In the case of orders valued over $200.00, a signature is required for delivery. Be sure to ship to an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery.

Use the key below the map to estimate transit time to your US shipping destination. Transit time is calculated in business days. For example, an order placed on a Thursday afternoon for 2-day transit would actually be shipped on Friday and delivered on Tuesday. Please plan accordingly.

International Shipping
IMPORTANT: International shipments, including shipments to Canada, are subject to duties, taxes, broker fees and custom fees in your country. These fees are ADDITIONAL, they are YOUR responsibility and are not included in the price of an item nor the shipping charges paid to Skiessentials. All customs fees and duties must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Fees vary by country and your local government determines the customs fees. 

If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Uncollected orders are considered abandoned and will not be returned to Skiessentials.

Under NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) Canadian residents purchasing goods that are not manufactured in North America are required to pay duties dependent on the type of goods. Canadian residents are also required to pay GST (7% currently applies to all purchases) and PST (8% does not apply to businesses). Both duties and taxes are paid on delivery of the package and are not included in the sales price. For more information, contact the Canadian Border Services at 506-636-5064. Brokerage fees are charged by the carrier and are based on the value of the package. Express shipping options typically include the brokerage fee. Standard shipping does not include the brokerage fee, which will be charged at delivery.

Tax
A 6% sales tax on taxable items is currently charged on orders shipping to Vermont addresses only.
