Matt McGinnis

Matt McGinnis is one our content creators and web designers at Skiessentials.com, so when you see the visual aspects of this test online, that’s pretty much Matt’s handiwork. Even with all that work, he still manages to get about 45 days per year in. He’s been a skier for about 16 years, and these days you’ll find him playing around on his K2 Marksman’s. Learning to ski on the foothills of central New York, Matt developed an ingrained passion for skiing. He now prefers to ski on bumpy, powdery terrain that he can use as jumping points for fun. He’s a music fan who looks up to Henrik Harlaut as a ski icon. If he could be an animal, he’d be a Siberian Tiger because he’d heard that they have some cold, dry powder up there.
