Return Policy

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee to give you time to decide whether or not the products you ordered are right for you. If you wish to return your purchase, please enclose a copy of your original receipt with a note explaining why you are returning the product(s), and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Also, please note that items returned as a result of customer dissatisfaction or errors must be shipped at the cost of the customer. If the return is a result of a mistake on our end, we will gladly provide a pre-paid call tag in order to get the product(s) back.

Returned products must be in original "new" condition, in original factory packaging with all instructions, tags, and accessories. Items returned not meeting these conditions may be charged a minimum re-stocking fee of $25. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met, and customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the returned order we will inspect the product(s) and process accordingly. Accepted returns will be either exchanged for another item or you will be refunded the original charges, less shipping charges. We do not accept return parcels that are billed freight or C.O.D.

Please note that ALL SKIS with a non-integrated binding system (when the ski does not have a mounting track and needs to be drilled to accommodate a binding) will be charged a 25% restocking fee if returned only if the skis are drilled or mounted.

We do not accept returns of used skis or other used products.

For International Shipments: 

If you choose not to pay the customs fees at the time of delivery the package will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund on your order.

Products that are returned after the 30-day period will be processed as store credit only.

If you purchase a product that you feel to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We follow the manufacturers' warranty guidelines and will repair or replace an item according to the manufacturer's policy. If the warranty specifies that you return the item directly to the manufacturer we will supply you with the appropriate shipping information.
