Free Shipping Policy

All orders above $49.00 with a shipping address within the 48 contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping. Unforunately, neither Hawaii nor Alaska can be included in this offer due to drastically higher costs. Occasionally we may run sales extending shipping discouns to these areas.

Estimated Shipping Times

We will ship your order within 1 to 2 business days from the day you placed it. If you need your order sooner, please contact our customer service department and we will make every effort to get your order out quicker. Please note that skis with custom binding mounting may take an extra day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. When choosing a shipping option, please be sure to account for transit times, especially during busy holiday periods. See the map below for a guide based on typical transit times. If you have any questions about shipping times, our customer service agents are happy to assist.

We ship most items via UPS or FedEx. Please provide a physical street address, as US and FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need shipping advice, feel free to contact us and we accommodate you to our best ability. In the case of orders valued over $200.00, a signature is required for delivery. Be sure to ship to an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery.

Shipping to Canada

Under NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) Canadian residents purchasing goods that are not manufactured in North America are required to pay duties dependent on the type of goods. Canadian residents are also required to pay GST and PST. Both duties and taxes are paid on delivery of the package and are not included in the sales price. For more information, contact the Canadian Border Services at 506-636-5064. Brokerage fees are charged by the carrier and are based on the value of the package. Express and expedited shipping options typically include the brokerage fee. Standard shipping does not include the brokerage fee, which will be charged at delivery.

Shipping Internationally

For your convenience, we offer shipping through either UPS International or USPS Airmail International. What's the difference?

  • Skis and other large items can only be shipped via UPS due to size and weight limits.
  • UPS costs a bit more but transit time and customs processing is faster. Shipments are also trackable. Transit time is 5-10 business days to get to your country. Allow a little extra time for customs processing.
  • USPS Airmail International is less expensive and is recommended for small items. Packages are not trackable once they leave the US. Transit time to your country is 2-5 business days. Customs processing may take longer with this option. This is not an option for skis and large items.

International Shipping:

IMPORTANT: International shipments, including shipments to Canada, are subject to duties, taxes, broker fees and custom fees in your country. These fees are ADDITIONAL, they are YOUR responsibility and are not included in the price of an item nor the shipping charges paid to Skiessentials. All customs fees and duties must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Fees vary by country and your local government determines the customs fees.

If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Uncollected orders are considered abandoned and will not be returned to Skiessentials.
