We’re happy to have Jake Inger back for another year of ski testing. His youth and knowledge make him an ideal tester, and we’ve even procured his services as an employee at Skiessentials.com this summer while he’s finishing up as a student at UVM. He lists his ski ability as good/great and gets about 30-35 days of skiing per year. He’s an avid cyclist who owns about a dozen bikes and rides them like he stole them. His skiing is much the same way—bouncy and playful with the terrain. He’s inspired on the hill by Candide Thovex and his most important piece of gear is his boots. As an animal, he’d be an owl, probably because of their ability to fly silently through the night. Growing up skiing Saddleback in Maine, Jake has a great foundation of skills, and here at Stowe, prefers to ski Liftline on his Volkl 90Eights.
