Atomic Backland 98 Women's Skis

The Atomic Backland 98 Women's Skis are an excellent choice for those who are looking for a nice split between the resort and backcountry. Equally at home with a lighter pin-tech binding as it is with a normal alpine one, the Backland 98 W has a huge range of applications, making it one of the more versatile skis out there, especially given the weight. Feather-light and ready to rip, the Backland 98 W is capable of some high-end, all-around performance, with no real performance limit ceiling. Built with Atomics Ultra Power wood core, but milled to a thinner height, these skis are bolstered by their carbon backbone, utilizing stringers to stiffen and stabilize. The result is a ton of energy and responsiveness, but at a much lighter weight. HRZN Tech in the tips adds to the flotation and soft-snow prowess of these awesome hybrids. We like to say that the mid to upper 90's waist width is the true "Goldilocks" zone for all- mountain skiing, and the Backland 98 W delivers on this premise like few others can in this highly competitive waist width category. If you're looking for a quiver of one answer for all your resort, backcountry and side country needs, the Atomic Backland 98 W Skis are ready to step up and check off all your boxes.
