This ski features a strong and robust construction with subtle design features that add a bit of forgiveness and versatility. Starting at the core, the RC ONE 86 GT features a dense wood core along with two metal laminates running tip to tail. The metal tapers out in the tip and the tail, an in the areas that lack metal, you’ll find a BAFATEX material which is an unwoven fabric that provides a lot of strength while keeping the weight down. Despite its robust construction, a bit of tip and tail rocker along with some slight early taper in the tail allow the ski to feel much more like an all-mountain ski with the performance of a true frontside carving ski.
