2025 ROSSIGNOL EXPERIENCE 82 TI WOMEN'S SKIS
This thing rips. For advanced and expert ladies looking to carve clean turns, this is the place to be. In the world of narrower all-mountain skis, the 2024 Rossignol Experience 82 Ti W is a powerhouse ski that also has a good amount of fun-loving ability and versatility. While we’re not looking at this ski as a powder ski or a solid freeride option, it does have a crisp edge grip and a ton of energy for true all-mountain skiing. For most of us, groomer skiing is where it’s at, so it’s imperative that we have conditions and terrain-appropriate skis for these applications. If you’re of the advanced or expert levels and want that option for firmer days but aren’t quite in the market for a true front side ski, this is an excellent choice with tons of potential. We’ve loved this ski for a few years now and are pleased to share that it returns unchanged except for a graphics update.

While the Basalt versions of this ski get the lighter core, the Ti versions get the poplar one, and this adds a dense and stable feel to the mix. That wood is bolstered by two layers of titanal, putting a premium on dampness, energy, and power. The blend of wood and metal allows this ski to be accessible for advanced and expert skiers who like to ski aggressively and directly down the fall line. To stiffen things up even further, this ski gets their Carbon Alloy Matrix, featuring a cross-hatching of carbon and basalt fibers to boost the energy while keeping weight down. While this ski isn’t a feather, it’s still on the lighter side, weighing 1650 grams per ski in the 159 cm length. That leads to stability and smoothness in a variety of conditions and terrain. Additionally, Rossignol’s Drive Tip Solution serves as a radiator in the tip, filtering out unwanted chatter and leading to a smooth and powerful entry point to the carve.

As a narrower all-mountain ski, this Experience 82 Ti W has an interesting blend of versatility and carving power. Most skiers will see the low 80’s as more front side, but the shape and footprint leads to a strong mix of the two. In the 159, we’re looking at a 14-meter turn radius, which fits in better with an all-mountain ski, but keeps it short enough to handle clean and round carved turns. While it’s not a race ski by any means, the finish of the turn due to the extended sidecut beyond the rocker keeps this thing rebounding skiers with energy and power, eliciting that race-like feel and character. It almost has more in common with the Nova series than anything else in Rossignol’s lineup, enhancing that front side performance. There’s not a ton of rocker and very little taper, allowing that long effective edge and running length the freedom to do its business out there on the hill.
Fast, strong, and silky smooth, these Rossignol Experience 82W’sare a fantastic example of a blended front-side and all-mountain ski that can charge with the best of them. Due to the stiffness of the build, it’s a better choice for an advanced or expert skier, but the shape makes them agile enough to be suitable for intermediates looking for a challenge. We’re stoked to see this ski come back around for 2024, and we know that many skiers out there will take advantage of this amazing ski.
