Standard Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be received back at our warehouse location within 30 days of the shipping date. All returns must be in like-new condition, in its original packaging, and tags in order to qualify for a refund.

  • If returns are received in used or damaged condition, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
  • If the item comes with its own box (i.e. shoes, boots, bindings) and is returned without external packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
  • If the items tags are missing, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
  • New drill-mounted skis are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if returned.

If you decide to return a product, you must include a copy of the original packing slip completed with the returned product. If you have lost or misplaced this form, you can also include a printed copy of your original order confirmation. It is important to include with your return the following information: Order Number, Name on Order, and Reason for Return. Returns may be dropped off at either of our retail locations to avoid return shipping, but will be processed at Returns will be processed and refunded as quickly as possible from the received date.

Holiday Return Policy:

If you place your order between November 1st and December 31st, you have until January 31st to return the product back to You may exchange your gift for a different size, receive store credit, or we will refund the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order. All standard fees, stated below, apply.

Sale and Price Drop Policy:

Any Sale or price drop that starts while your order is still in processing will be eligible for the current discounted pricing. If your order has completed and already shipped, discounts cannot be applied retroactively.


Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of goods based on tracking, and should be requested before sending any products back. The replacement product will be pulled and we will be waiting for your return to arrive back at our warehouse. Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and the exchange will ship back out to you for FREE. If the exchanged product is needed faster, a new order can be placed for the exchange item, and a refund of that amount will be issued for the returned item when it is processed at our facility.

[email protected] strongly recommends shipping your product back to using a delivery method that generates a tracking number or delivery receipt. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed.

Return Processing Time:

Once receives your return, please expect up to two weeks to receive your refund or credit. Your return will be less any shipping charges incurred, if the return label is provided by (See below)

Your refund will be given as a credit to your original payment method. If you are returning a product that was given to you as gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased using a gift certificate, you will receive in-store credit as your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you the correct product or replacement product at no cost to you, with a prepaid return label to get the damaged or incorrect product back.

Return to Sender:

Packages that are processed by the carrier as returned to sender will be processed as a return. Shipping costs are not refunded. Any additional shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late Returns: reserves the right to refuse returns or issue a store credit up to the item's purchased price, if returned past 30 days. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges of refused late returns.
