2024 Armada Locator 88 Skiswith Salomon Strive 12 Bindings

The Armada Locator 88 Skis with Bindings is for those who want to travel light and ski far. Weighing in as the lightest ski in the Locator line, it's also the narrowest waisted ski too at 88-millimeters underfoot. What makes this ski stand out aside from its weight is the fact that it is so stable and predictable on firm snow. Most skis at this light weight get bounced around and chatter at speed on firm snow or even wash out, but thanks to a Ti Dampening under the binding, you get a very versatile descender with edge hold that just grips and rips. Built with a Caruba wood core, it retains power and dampness required in descending the gnarliest terrain. A full carbon fiber overlay also helps for increased strength and dampness. Tapered AR75 sidewalls reduce the weight in the tips and tails while maintaining stability underfoot while a reduced size 1.7 Light Weight Edge keeps weight off but aids in grip too. These skis offer the perfect balance between grip and stability vs a “loose feeling” and easy pivoting. If you are looking for a light weight ski combination that travels far and skis big, look no further than the Armada Locator 88 Skis with Bindings.
