DESCRIPTION

The Arbor Coda is an all-mountain charger that carves through all conditions with ease. Whether it's chopped up crud or perfect corduroy, this board makes clean turns at high speeds no matter the conditions. A full camber profile and moderate flex give it good stability and the Grip Tech gives it superior edge hold at speed. Designed by Pat Moore with an emphasis on the resort and backcountry this board is a great option for any aggressive rider looking to take on the whole mountain.

Why we like it:

This a great option for the rider who is looking for a one board quiver. A great combination of power and control, just as good ripping down groomers as it is maneuvering through glades. The 1 cm taper allows for good float in deep snow while the grip tech provides excellent edge hold.

Who it's for:

This is a great option for intermediate to advanced riders who are splitting their time between the resort and backcountry. The moderate flex and full camber profile may make it a little tough for your more beginner level riders. Great for east coast conditions and decent in deeper snow but that's not where it is going to excel.

Highlights:

The stability and carving capabilities of this board really stand out. The 2.25mm Grip Tech points give this board exceptional edge hold on even the iciest conditions. The wider tip and tail platform not only hold you in the carve but help plow through the crud as well.

Things to consider:

The 1 cm of taper gives the board good float in deeper snow and the camber gives you plenty of pop but if you are looking for a powder specific board or if you are spending most of your time in the park there are going to be better options out there. The crud busting ability and superior edge hold make this board decent in most conditions though.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The full camber profile and minimal rocker make this board ride true to size, no need to downsize unless you are looking for more maneuverability.
