Highlights:

A poplar woodcore lays the groundwork for the Nightstick 97 by providing pop and rebound as well as stability and support during high speed in runs and huge impacts. Small sections of the core are milled out to lower the overall swing weight of the ski, called Air Tec. The core is reinforced with Fiber Tech, which is a fiberglass laminate running the length of the ski for added energy and stability. Supporting the underfoot zone to increase durability, there are titanal laminates to function for binding retention as well as protecting against rail impacts. Bringing this together, Fischer uses a Sandwich Sidewall Construction which supplies durability and power transfer and added pop-off of jumps and takeoffs.
