2025 Head Kore 105 Skis

The 2025 Head Kore 105 is a lightweight, high performance all-mountain ski favored its agility and precision. It's a go-to choice for those seeking a versatile one-ski solution, thanks to its adaptability across varied terrain and snow conditions. With a lightweight wood core and Carbon reinforcement, it offers excellent maneuverability and stability along with a generous rocker profile to enhance playfulness for confident turns in powder and trees.

Why we like it:

The Kore 105 has the surface area and shape for float and maneuverability in softer snow and powder, with the stability and power needed to enjoy conditions when they’re not at their best.

Who it's for:

Advanced and expert skiers looking to save some weight without sacrificing performance will appreciate the 105’s lightweight, powerful feel.

Highlights:

The Kore lineup from Head occupies a unique space in the industry, giving us a quiver of skis that are very lightweight while being quite powerful, a trait that is especially notable in Kore 105’s when skiing them on hardpack. Head starts with a lightweight Poplar and Karuba wood core and adds a layer of Graphene for added responsiveness, keeping things exceptionally lightweight while giving the ski the torsional stiffness to grip on firm snow. With ample tip and tail rocker and a progressive shape, they’re a great soft snow performer as well, but for those days when the snow is firm and fast, this ski has an impressive blend of grip, power, and energy that really sets it apart.

Things to consider:

The power and precision of the Kore 105 from Head should not be underestimated – despite its light weight, this ski is a hard charger that offers quite a bit of brawn. Skiers who like to throw their skis around may prefer something a bit more surfy, as the Kore 105 is quite responsive and therefore can feel less forgiving than others in this category.
