2025 K2 Mindbender 99Ti Skiswith Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings

When weather conditions are unpredictable, the K2 Mindbender 99Ti with Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings is the versatile setup you can rely on for a great day on the hill. Its Titanal construction provides strength and stability on groomed runs, while the lightweight wood core, generous all-terrain rocker, and progressive shaping ensure agility in off-piste and variable conditions. We paired the 99Ti with the Tyrolia Attack 14 GW because of the Attack’s light weight, reliability, and ease-of-use for all mountain and freeride skiers. Additionally, ample elastic travel and direct power transmission function to ensure these bindings cater perfectly to the needs of demanding freeriders.

Why we like it:

The Mindbender 99 Ti excels in a range of situations, from groomers and moguls to trees and powder, making it a truly adaptable ski.

Who it's for:

Advanced to expert skiers seeking a ski that offers versatility across the mountain will appreciate the Mindbender 99Ti.

Highlights:

The Mindbender 99 Ti remains a standout in K2’s lineup, delivering exceptional all-mountain performance. Its updated Aspen Micro Block core provides a stable, lightweight, and energetic ride, complemented by K2’s Titanal Y-Beam technology. This tech features a precisely shaped metal layer over the wood core, fine-tuning the ski’s stiffness for a perfect balance of power and playfulness. The rocker in the tip and tail enhances float and maneuverability in deeper snow, rounding out the ski’s versatility. With a low stand height of just 17 millimeters, the 2027 Tyrolia Attack 14 offers an impressively close connection to the snow, delivering precise power transmission and a confident, locked-in feel. The FR Pro3 toe piece allows for a full 180 degrees of boot release, enhancing safety in a variety of fall scenarios, while the AFS (Anti-Friction Slider) ensures reliable re-centering and consistent release characteristics. Built to withstand hard use, the Attack 14 combines durability with performance, making it a go-to option for aggressive skiers who demand trust in their gear.

Things to consider:

Lighter or less aggressive skiers might find the Mindbender 99Ti too stiff and may prefer softer, more approachable skis. Those in search of a hybrid resort/touring ski may also find lighter options more suitable.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The Mindbender 99Ti skis true to size. If maneuverability is your top priority, consider sizing down; otherwise, stick with your usual length.
