2026 Rossignol Sender Free Pro Open Junior Skiswith Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings

The Rossignol Sender Free Pro Junior with Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings opens up the world of freeride skiing to younger skiers. Designed to be playful, agile, and versatile, this ski empowers junior skiers to explore and enhance their skills across the mountain. With its lightweight construction, adaptable shape, and predictable feel, the Sender Free Pro inspires confidence and encourages young skiers to experiment outside their comfort zone. We paired the Sender Free Pro with the Tyrolia Attack 14 GW because of the Attack’s light weight, reliability, and ease-of-use for all mountain and freeride skiers. Additionally, ample elastic travel and direct power transmission function to ensure these bindings cater perfectly to the needs of demanding freeriders.

Why we like it:

The Sender Free Pro Open delivers genuine performance for junior skiers, ensuring they have the tools they need to advance their skills without compromising on quality.

Who it's for:

Junior skiers who are passionate about freeride skiing and need a ski that will support their creativity and progression, allowing them to fully realize their potential.

Highlights:

The Sender Free Pro Open Junior features a Paulownia wood core, which keeps the ski lightweight while providing ample energy and pop for maximum performance. Fiberglass reinforcement provides additional stability and responsiveness. Full rectangular sidewalls enhance overall stiffness and power transfer to the ski's edges, improving grip on firm snow, and VAS (Vibration Absorption System) in the tips of the skis dampens vibrations, providing a smooth and stable ride over variable conditions. With a low stand height of just 17 millimeters, the 2027 Tyrolia Attack 14 offers an impressively close connection to the snow, delivering precise power transmission and a confident, locked-in feel. The FR Pro3 toe piece allows for a full 180 degrees of boot release, enhancing safety in a variety of fall scenarios, while the AFS (Anti-Friction Slider) ensures reliable re-centering and consistent release characteristics. Built to withstand hard use, the Attack 14 combines durability with performance, making it a go-to option for aggressive skiers who demand trust in their gear.

Things to consider:

As a twin-tip freeride ski designed for soft snow, the Sender Free Pro Open Junior may not be the best choice for those seeking a more on-trail oriented all-mountain ski. There are other options better suited for those specific needs.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The skis are true to size.
