2026 Atomic Bent 85 R Skiswith M 10 GW Bindings

The 2026 Atomic Bent 85 R is the most accessible member of the Bent family, offering a lightweight, playful ride that’s perfect for newer skiers or those looking for a freestyle-inspired all-mountain ski. Whether you're exploring your first park laps, cruising groomers, or dicing through spring slush, the Bent 85 R keeps things fun, forgiving, and easy to control.

Why we like it:

It channels the creative spirit of the Bent lineup in a softer, more approachable build, making it a great entry point for progressing skiers who want to dabble in freestyle or just keep things loose across the resort.

Who it's for:

Beginner to intermediate skiers with an eye toward progression and playful performance. Great for younger riders, lighter skiers, or anyone who prefers a more relaxed, freestyle-oriented feel.

Highlights:

Built with a lightweight hybrid woodcore and Atomic’s all-mountain rocker profile, the Bent 85 R is easy to turn and quick edge to edge. It’s soft enough to be forgiving for newer skiers but holds up well when things get a little faster. The twin-tip design makes it a natural fit for those interested in trying their hand at riding switch or playing in the terrain park, while the shape and flex allow for confident carving and cruising. It’s the kind of ski that encourages creativity, whether you're popping side hits or exploring the edges of the groomers.

Things to consider:

This ski leans soft and playful. It’s not built for aggressive speeds or hard-charging terrain. More advanced skiers may outgrow it quickly or want to jump into the Bent 90 or 100 for added strength, power, and capability.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The Bent 85 R skis true to size. For newer or lighter skiers, sizing down can improve maneuverability. Stick with your usual length if you're looking for all-around balance.
