DESCRIPTION

Back with a fresh look for 2026, the Blizzard Anomaly 94 continues to hold its place as the powerhouse of the mid-width all-mountain category. Replacing the Bonafide 97 with an entirely new shape and construction, it brings serious carving performance with a broader versatility window. It’s sturdy, stable, and built to hold an edge like few others in its class, without losing sight of versatility and accessibility.

Why we like it:

It’s that rare ski that manages to feel planted and composed at speed, but still lively enough to respond when you dial things back. A true frontside bruiser with more range than you'd expect.

Who it's for:

Designed for advanced to expert skiers who want rock-solid edge grip and high-speed stability. It favors skiers with a strong skillset who like to drive their skis and aren’t afraid of a little weight and stiffness.

Highlights:

The Anomaly 94 uses Blizzard’s Trueblend All-Mountain Core, which tailors flex zones through the length of the ski for a fine-tuned balance of precision and forgiveness. FluxForm Ti provides targeted metal reinforcement, delivering exceptional edge hold and dampness without feeling overwhelming or punishing. The result is a ski that feels incredibly composed on firm snow and in variable conditions, with the backbone to stay smooth and quiet at high speeds. While the Anomaly 94 does lean into the strong-and-stable category, it doesn’t feel unmanageable, it just rewards good input with elite-level output.

Things to consider:

At around 2100 grams per ski in the 176 cm length, the Anomaly 94 is on the heavier side. That extra weight pays off in stability but can make the ski feel sluggish at slower speeds or in tighter terrain.

Fit & sizing considerations:

These ski a little on the long side, and many skiers opt to size down for better maneuverability and quicker turn initiation, especially if you’re not always skiing at top speed.
