The all-new 2026 Head Kore 104 Ti W continues to carve out its place in the freeride world as a strong, capable ski built for ladies who like to charge. With a progressive build that balances dampness and weight, the Kore 104 Ti W is designed to float through deep snow, hold a confident edge on the descent, and remain responsive underfoot—all while staying surprisingly lightweight.
Why we like it:
Few skis blend power and precision with such a nimble feel, and the Kore 104 Ti W delivers this combo beautifully thanks to its uniquely engineered core and titanium-enhanced layup.
Who it's for:
This ski is ideal for advanced to expert women who seek out powder, chop, and variable terrain. It thrives out West, but East Coast skiers looking for a freeride weapon for storm days and soft conditions will find plenty to like.
Highlights:
Head’s Freeride Sandwich Cap Construction uses a Karuba and poplar wood core, reinforced with Graphene, flax, titanal and fiberglass to create an ultra-light yet responsive platform. New for this model, the addition of Titanal in key zones amps up the stability and edge grip without adding unnecessary bulk. Tip and tail rocker help the ski stay agile in tight spots and provide easy float in deeper snow, while camber underfoot ensures solid rebound and control on firmer conditions.
Things to consider:
While smooth and dynamic, the Kore 104 Ti W is not the stiffest ski in this category, aggressive skiers who like to put the power down and expect a lot in return may not get as much back as they would like. Its supple flex does allow for forgiveness and ease of use but there are others out there that are more stable, more powerful, and pack more of a punch.
Fit & sizing considerations:
Skis true to size. With tip and tail rocker and a supple flex, women looking for more maneuverability can size down, while aggressive skiers wanting more float and stability may want to size up.
