2026 K2 Reckoner 124 Skis
The 2026 K2 Reckoner 124 with Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings is a powder-specific twin-tip built for skiers who see storm days as an invitation to get playful. This is the widest ski in the Reckoner lineup, purposefully crafted to float, spin, and smear through deep snow with freestyle flair. From backcountry booters to in-resort face shots, the Reckoner 124 keeps things surfy and energetic without sacrificing control. We paired the Reckoner 124 with the Tyrolia Attack 14 GW because of the Attack’s light weight, reliability, and ease-of-use for all mountain and freeride skiers. Additionally, ample elastic travel and direct power transmission function to ensure these bindings cater perfectly to the needs of demanding freeriders.
Why we like it:
This ski makes deep snow feel like a playground. It’s wide and floaty enough for the biggest days, yet quick and responsive for slashes, spins, and stomps. It brings a freestyle approach to freeride conditions—and that’s what sets it apart.
Who it's for:
Designed for freeride and freestyle skiers who treat powder as an opportunity to get airborne. If you’re looking to pivot, press, and land switch in bottomless snow, the Reckoner 124 is your dream ride.
Highlights:
The Reckoner 124 is built around a Triaxial Braided Aspen core, reinforced with Spectral Braid and Carbon Boost for the perfect blend of energy, strength, and dampness. A 124 mm waist and Powder Twin Rocker profile give it effortless float and pivoting ability, while TwinTech sidewalls boost durability without adding bulk. Long rise in the tip and tail supports smooth transitions, intuitive switch skiing, and forgiving landings—even in the deepest powder. The Attack 14 GW’s FR PRO3 Toe contains 30 mm of elastic travel which provides a smooth and confidence inspiring feel when tracking though variable snow while also recentering the boot to its neutral position extremely well to keep you locked in, acting almost like a suspension system. NX FR Heel pieces have 16 mm of elastic travel which assists in prevent false-releases. These heel pieces also make stepping into and out of bindings with ease, even in deep snow.
Things to consider:
This ski is all about the soft stuff. If you’re riding firm conditions regularly, consider a narrower ski in the Reckoner family for more versatility across variable terrain.
Fit & sizing considerations:
These skis run true to size. Skiers heading into open bowls and deep terrain can size up for extra float and stability without sacrificing control.
