The Salomon Assassin Pro 2026 is a premium freeridefreestyle board that bridges playful performance with bigmountain capability. It's crafted for riders who want versatile performance without compromise.
Why we like it:
Its hybrid focus makes it equally adept in pow, variable snow, and park laps, a rare combo at this level.
Who it's for:
Advanced to expert riders seeking one board that excels in freeride, freestyle, and everything in between.
Highlights:
A directional twin or slightly tapered shape enhances float in soft snow while maintaining nimble control. Stiffer flex provides stability at speed and pop for jumps.
Things to consider:
The higher performance orientation means it may feel stiff for less experienced riders.
Fit & sizing considerations:
Offered in a range of sizes to match riding preferences, with longer lengths favoring float and speed.
