DESCRIPTION

The Arbor Swoon Decon is built to be your all-day, everyday board. This women's directional twin rides Arbor's System Camber platform with a softer flex and a trimmed-down build, which keeps it light underfoot and forgiving when technique gets loose late in the day. Refined contact points let turns roll on smoothly rather than grabbing. Women after a relaxed, playful all-mountain board that handles groomers, side hits, and whatever else the day serves up will find it easy to get along with. [binding KD overview] The K2 Benes is a soft-flexing women's all-mountain snowboard boot with dial closure and a moldable foam liner, built for comfort and a forgiving ride. Quick to get on and easy to stay in all day.

Who it's for:

Women riding at a beginner or intermediate level who want an easygoing all-mountain twin. It's a good match for someone whose turns are still coming together, or for an experienced rider who just wants a relaxed board for lapping groomers.

Things to consider:

Paring the build back means it gives up some of the pop, edge hold, and top speed of the standard Swoon, so riders who push hard will eventually move past it.

Fit & sizing considerations:

A centered, neutral stance means this one rides true to size, so take the length that matches your height and weight; the only reason to go longer is if you want extra float or a steadier feel at speed. The Ultraviolet bindings are sized as follows: S/M fits Women's boot sizes 5-9; M/L fits Women's boot sizes 9.5-14The Benes boots align closely to street shoe size, but the liner will pack out noticeably over the first several days, so buy them snug rather than comfortable. Your toes should just brush the end of the liner when you stand upright and pull back when you flex your knees. If you fall between sizes, take the smaller one, because a boot that already feels roomy in the shop will be sloppy by mid-season.
