2027 Fischer Aspire Skiswith RS 9 SLR Bindings

The Fischer Aspire is a women's frontside ski, meaning it shines on groomed runs rather than in deep snow or technical terrain. It's built light on purpose, using a construction Fischer designed around saving weight instead of adding stiffness. That matters more than most new skiers realize, because a ski that's easy to swing around is a ski that doesn't wear you out by lunch. A gentle rise in the tip helps turns start intuitively, and the edges still hold well enough on firm morning snow to feel secure underfoot. Nothing about the ski asks for aggression. For women learning the sport, or returning to it and wanting something friendly and fun, this is a forgiving place to begin.

Who it's for:

Women learning to ski, or coming back to it and wanting something friendly. The light build and gentle shaping suit skiers on groomed runs who have no interest in a ski that demands aggression.

Things to consider:

Low weight trades away damping, so on firm, chopped-up snow the ski gets moved around. It's frontside by design, leaving deep snow and technical terrain to a different ski entirely.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Frontside skis in this class work close to the skier's height. Someone in their first seasons is better off a size down, where the ski is easier to bring around, and can move up once the afternoon stops feeling like work.
