Narrow feet will be better served in the LV, and wider feet in the HV. The 100mm MV last is what it says it is, not a hidden wide or hidden narrow.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Standard mondopoint sizing. The 100mm last fits medium-volume women's feet by design. Heat moldable C.A.S. shell and liner allow significant fit customization, and an experienced bootfitter is worth the investment to take advantage of that adjustability at this flex level.
