The Union Flite Pro is the lightest traditional men's binding Union makes, built for beginner to intermediate riders exploring the mountain. A soft flex and playful ride make it an easy binding for building confidence and learning new tricks.

Why we like it:

Its featherweight build and soft, forgiving flex make it effortless to maneuver and easy to learn on, and a budget-friendly price makes it an approachable first real binding.

Who it's for:

It fits beginner to intermediate riders who want a light, playful, freestyle-friendly binding.

Highlights:

The Flite Pro pairs a lightweight S8 Duraflex baseplate with a soft CP3 Duraflex highback for a playful, forgiving flex that keeps riding relaxed and easy. Thermoformed EVA bushings and footbed add comfort, while the Exoframe 2.0 ankle strap and TS 1.0 UltraGrip toe strap keep your boot secure without extra weight. A Cam-Lock FLAD adjusts forward lean, and its Universal V2 Disk makes it compatible with every major mounting system, including 4x2, 4x4, 3D, and Channel. A lifetime warranty covers the baseplate and heelcup.

Things to consider:

With its soft flex and lightweight build, the Flite Pro is tuned for comfort, learning, and playful riding rather than aggressive, high-speed charging, so advanced riders may want a stiffer, more responsive binding.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The Flite Pro comes in standard binding sizes based on your boot size, so pick the size that matches your boot and follow Union's size chart if you are between sizes.
