686 Dojo Men's Shell Jacket
SKU M6WN188The 686 Dojo Men's Shell Jacket is an uninsulated, fully waterproof shell built for storm days at the resort. Taped seams, underarm vents and a loose, layer-friendly cut keep you dry in heavy weather, and you control your warmth with what you wear underneath.
Why we like it:
The textured face fabrics, in crinkle and denim-look finishes, give the Dojo a throwback streetwear look you rarely see on a technical shell. It looks laid-back and still handles a real storm.
Features and Functions:
The Dojo has no insulation, just a hanging lining, so you build warmth by layering underneath. A two-layer infiDRY shell keeps snow and rain out while letting heat escape, and taped Bemis seams seal the spots where water usually gets in. Air-Flo underarm vents release heat on warm laps, an attached adjustable powder skirt keeps out deep snow, and the Pant Jacket Connect system links it to compatible 686 pants and bibs. The bungee-cord hood cinches down fast, and the collar has a soft tricot lining. Velcro cuffs and a hem cinch close out drafts. There are seven pockets, including an internal goggle pocket, an audio pocket and a sleeve pass pocket with a key clip.
Fit and Sizing:
Loose through the body with a slightly shorter length, the Dojo has plenty of room for a midlayer or light puffy and stays unrestricted when you reach and twist.
Bottom Line:
For skiers who layer for warmth, the Dojo is one shell that covers deep storm days and slushy spring laps.
