With a 100-ounce hydration reservoir, this pack is capable of holding at least a half-day's worth of water, so your hydration needs should be met when you’re out there on the trail. From a functionality standpoint, where they put the reservoir and the center of gravity makes a lot of sense. It’s basically a hybrid of a back pack and a lumbar pack, with the mesh harness doing most of the heavy lifting, while the Dual-wing belt keeps the hydration compressed and secure on your hips.
