Clearing slalom gates cross-blocked means your forearms take the hits, and the Energiapura Adult Armguards are built to take them for you. These are lightweight plastic forearm guards shaped like the carbon versions World Cup racers use, strapped on with adjustable hook-and-loop bands. The result is a guard that deflects gates cleanly and lets you attack the line without flinching.

Why we like it:

You get a World Cup shape without the carbon price. It's the same profile as Energiapura's Round Carbon Competition guard, molded in tough plastic for racers who train gates several days a week.

Features and Functions:

Energiapura molds the Round Competition guard from a light, impact-resistant plastic and shapes it to match its Round Carbon Competition model, the one World Cup athletes wear, so the pole slides off rather than catching. Two elastic straps with Velcro closures hold it on the forearm and adjust for wearing over a race suit or training layers. It is certified as protective gear, so you know the shell has been tested for the job.

Fit and Sizing:

A single adult size, with adjustable straps to snug the guard against the forearm over a suit or midlayer.

Bottom Line:

The right call for U16 through masters racers who want dependable slalom forearm protection for daily training and race day.
