Leki Carbon 14 TR Ski Poles

The Leki Carbon 14 TR Ski Poles are a lightweight carbon alpine pole built for skiers who want a crisp, precise feel on every pole plant. A slim, stiff shaft pairs with Leki's trigger grip, which connects directly to compatible Leki gloves and releases with the push of a button. The result is a pole that swings easily and stays out of the way, turn after turn.

Why we like it:

Clicking in and out of the trigger strap becomes second nature fast, and once you're used to it, going back to a traditional loop strap feels clumsy.

Features and Functions:

Leki builds the shaft from its PRC 1000 racing carbon in a single-piece, fixed-length design that keeps swing weight low and delivers a direct, vibration-free feel. The slim Trigger 3D SL grip sets the hand in a natural position, and its trigger mechanism clips into compatible Leki gloves or the included Trigger Frame Mesh Strap, then lets go instantly with the release button on top. A compact Cobra Alpine basket and a short Flex Tip with a carbide point bite into firm snow, and the Flex Tip system lets you change baskets when conditions call for it.

Bottom Line:

A top choice for frontside and all-mountain skiers who want a light carbon pole and a fast, secure glove connection.
