This is a reprocessed wool mix which has just the right density for wearing as a fall jacket, the right fit to layer over a mid-layer, and the right feel for wearing as a sweater. That might be a tad extreme, but this remarkably durable 230g/m2 70% reprocessed wool/30% recycled polyamide mix with its snap closure and adjustable cuffs is impossibly versatile. Wool sheds light rain and mist, along with snow, the modest polyester component helps this dry more quickly and adds durability, and the elbows, collar, and cuffs have good strong corduroy to insure years of wear. This is a piece you’ll mourn when you finally wear it out.. which might explain why he has three in different colors.
