that it's relatively straight foreword. To determine your size, simply flip a ski pole over, grab it under the basket, and place the handle on the ground. If you're holding the right size pole, you'll notice that your elbow forms a perfect 90 degree angle between your bicep and forearm. If the pole is too long, then your forearm will be angled slightly up. Too short, and you'll find your forearm angled downward. Of course if you don't have ski poles to try this out on, you can always use the chart below. Finding the proper length ski pole is important as ski poles too long will actually shift your center of balance to behind you, and a pole that's too short will put it in front of you.",[],{"_84":4064,"_67":86,"_87":4065,"_106":4070,"_108":109},"6fc0232b4c84",[4066],{"_84":4067,"_67":91,"_92":4068,"_94":4069},"72c5c03ba74e",[],"\n",[],"firstColumnIsHeader","firstRowIsHeader","rowsStripped","table",{"_65":4076,"_67":4077,"_4034":-5,"_4035":-5,"_4029":-5,"_4033":-5,"_4071":79,"_4072":-5,"_17":4078,"_4073":79,"_4074":4079},"5025640a-d8c9-40db-9811-90d23d2787b9","tableInternal","SKI POLE SIZING TABLE",{"_4080":4081},"rows",[4082,4100,4116],{"_84":4083,"_67":4084,"_4085":4086},"7b64d977-883e-4bc1-885d-8bc7205e59aa","tableRow","cells",[4087,4088,4089,4090,4091,4092,4093,4094,4095,4096,4097,4098,4099],"Skier Height:","3'2 - 3'4\t","3'5 - 3'8\t","3'9 - 4'0\t","4'1 - 4'4\t","4'5 - 4'8\t","4'9 - 5'0\t","5'1 - 5'3\t","5'4 - 5'6\t","5'7 - 5'9\t","5'10 - 6'0\t","6'1 - 6'3\t","6'4 - 6'6",{"_84":4101,"_67":4084,"_4085":4102},"7b2965aa-3827-49bb-8d9e-0f9c16511e88",[4103,4104,4105,4106,4107,4108,4109,4110,4111,4112,4113,4114,4115],"Ski Pole Length (IN):\t","32\"","34\"","36\"","38\"","40\"","42\"","44\"","46\"","48\"","50\"","52\"","54\"",{"_84":4117,"_67":4084,"_4085":4118},"185180bb-5bf1-4853-b5ef-e22bcd248e8c",[4119,4120,4121,4122,4123,4124,4125,4126,4127,4128,4129,4130,4131],"Ski Pole Length (CM):\t","80","85","90","95","100","105","110","115","120","125","130","135",{"_67":4133,"_4134":4135},"slug","current","alpine-pole-size-guide","Alpine Pole Sizing","Ski Pole Sizing","addonModals",["P",4139],"addOnsContentModals",["P",4141],{"_65":3451,"_3453":4143,"_3457":4144,"_27":4149,"_3488":4151,"_3493":4152,"_3496":3497},{"_19":3455,"_42":3456},{"_112":4145,"_3470":3471,"_19":-5,"_3472":3473,"_3474":18,"_27":4146,"_3477":-5,"_3478":3479,"_3480":4148},{"_3460":3461,"_3462":3463,"_3464":3465,"_3466":3467,"_3468":3469},{"_67":29,"_650":4147},{"_652":3019,"_67":654},[3482,3483,3484],{"_67":29,"_650":4150},{"_652":3487,"_67":654},{"_78":661,"_3490":3491,"_42":3492},{"_78":79,"_3490":3491,"_42":3495},"productSpecifications",["P",4154],"reviewAggregateData",{"_4157":4158},"reviewAggregate",{"_4159":4160,"_4161":4162,"_4163":3543,"_4164":2519,"_4165":4166,"_4167":2519,"_4168":2519,"_4169":4170,"_4171":2519,"_4172":4173,"_4174":3535},"dateUpdated","2026-10-25T05:59:50.471Z","productId","shopify-9452199936296","productName","ratingAndReviewCount","ratingAndReviewCountByLevel",{},"ratingAndReviewValuesTotal","ratingCount","ratingCountByLevel",{},"ratingValuesTotal","subscriberId_productId","48db6ea6-cfb7-441e-b334-5b5c6ca406d3:shopify-9452199936296","subscriberId","reviewsListData",{"_4177":661,"_4178":4179},"areReviewsGrouped","reviews",[],"questionAggregateData",["P",4181],"placeholderProducts",["P",4183],"actionData","errors"]
