The 2025 Arbor Satori with Arbor Spruce Bindings is a versatile all-mountain board designed to excel in both deep powder and on-trail conditions. Created by Brain Iguchi, this board combines playful off-trail performance with high-speed stability. Its deep sidecut ensures excellent maneuverability through trees and moguls, while the full camber profile and carbon stringers provide stability and edge hold on groomers. The moderate flex makes it approachable for a wide range of riders. We paired the Satori with the Spruce bindings because these well-rounded all-mountain bindings perform well in most conditions or terrain. A moderate flex makes them stiff enough to charge on groomers but not too demanding that you can’t take them in the park. Built with durable material to last season after season making them a great choice to pair with the Satori.
Why we like it:
The Satori's unique shape and rocker profile offer a lot of fun in deep snow, delivering superb float and maneuverability without sacrificing stability. The 3D Fenders enhance turn initiation, making it a blast to ride through glades and other off-trail terrain.
Who it's for:
The Satori is ideal for intermediate to advanced riders looking for a board that performs well in deep snow and on groomers. Its moderate flex and lifted contact points make it approachable for most riders, though the full camber may be a bit challenging for beginners.
Highlights:
The Satori stands out for its shaping: the gradual rocker, 0.6 cm of taper, and deep sidecut make it exceptionally maneuverable and fun in deep snow. The 3.25 mm Grip Tech adds additional contact points for better grip on icy conditions, enhancing its versatility across varied terrain. The Asymmetrical High backs on the Spruce have 5-degres pre-rotation, providing great feel and ultimate freedom of movement. An Adjustable Extruded Aluminum heel cup not only gives you the adjustability to fit any boot in but also provides exceptional durability to hold up for years. Dual-Density EVA Footbeds eliminate chatter for a smooth and damp ride.
Things to consider:
The Satori's directional shape and rocker profile may not be ideal for park riding, but it shines in backcountry settings. While its moderate flex is forgiving for many riders, beginners might find the full camber a bit challenging as they learn.
Fit & sizing considerations:
The Satori is a volume shift board with an exaggerated sidecut, so you may want to downsize by 3-5 cm from your usual length for optimal performance.
