2024 K2 PARTY PLATTER SNOWBOARD
It’s a party in a board… it’s the Party Platter! Though it’s certainly not your first or only board, the Party Platter fills a niche that many snowboarders seek forever to find. Powerful from the rear end, maneuverable in the nose, and ultra-stable in all snow conditions, the Party Platter truly becomes a top dog in a field of excellent, volume-shifted elites. The stiff flex that emerges from this directional profile matches with a carbon-powered tail and K2’s biaxial glass reinforcements to create the ultimate blend of surf-like attributes. A lot of power stems from the Party Platter’s tail due to its shape and carbon reinforcement, giving this hard-charging deck a strategically maneuverable feel in tighter trees or deeper snow. It’s pretty surfy, too, and very easy on the eyes. What more is there to ask for in a snowboard?

The fact that the Party Platter is so volume-shifted alludes to its overall intentions. A powder deck for some, a tree ripper for others, the Party Platter has a host of skills that translate to excellence everywhere except for hardpack snow. Though it’s not the best choice for groomer zoomers or early season snowfall, experienced riders who rip primarily off-trail or in softer, slushier snow conditions will find a lot to love within the Party Platter’s fun-loving persona. Surfy in powder, adventurous off-trail, and exceptionally fun in springtime conditions, the Party Platter offers that do-no-wrong ride that everybody looks for, but very few can find. Just be sure to size down from your norm; if it’s too long, you won’t dig it.
