2024 NEVER SUMMER HARPOON SNOWBOARD
Known to Never Summer as one of the most versatile directional decks in their line, the Harpoon Snowboard doesn’t mess around. A wider nose and a setback stance provide more maneuverability in deeper, more technical snow, allowing ambitious riders to have more control over their line. Increased float and decreased time spent turning make this unique shape highly beneficial to hard-charging all-mountain riders seeking power and control without compromise. The Harpoon’s construction remains pretty standard, with a lightweight wood core and carbon reinforcements leading the charge. Snappy but surfy, poppy but playful, this unique balance between lightness and liveliness gives the Harpoon a strikingly dynamic feel in all snow conditions. Complete with Never Summer’s Fusion Rocker/Camber profile, the Harpoon delivers an excellent blend of edge grip, looseness, and float.

Though it’s definitely not one of the most intuitive boards in the business, the Harpoon remains exceptionally fun. Snappy when turning, surfy in deeper snow, and strategically playful mountain wide, there is little the Harpoon can’t do well. Its unique distribution of rocker and camber does give the board a trickier ride, making this specific design an acquired taste for some riders. The best way to know is to try before you buy! Suitable for nearly all ability levels, the Harpoon is designed to accommodate every style of riding. From advanced snowboarders who charge with relentlessness through banks, trees, gullies, and powder to intermediate riders seeking playfulness in the park, the Harpoon is the board for all—as long as you dig its *unique* profile and grippy ride.
