2024 RIDE SHADOWBAN SNOWBOARD
Skilled and aggressive doesn’t begin to describe all that makes the Shadowban unique. Designed for some of the hardest charging riders on the mountain, this directional all-mountain deck reigns supreme. Its directional twin shape is not Ride’s most common avenue, but boy does it work here. Playful in the park, stable at speeds, and comfortable in all snow conditions, there is little the Shadowban cannot do. The setback stance that emerges as a result of this directional shape matches with a standard camber profile and a carbon-powered construction to create the ultimate balance between versatility and pop. The park becomes more fun, but powder sessions never fall to the wayside—giving the Shadowban a significant leg up over others in a similar category.

Though it definitely falls on the heavier end of the weight spectrum, the Shadowban remains agile and easy to maneuver through more technical terrain. Stronger, more experienced riders will find a lot to love about the Shadowban’s heft—a feature that makes this board both aggressive and strikingly stable. Park rats, powder demons, and all-mountain athletes can all find their stride on the Shadowban, giving this board a huge fan base that stretches across multiple disciplines. Though it’s certainly not a first board for anyone, the Shadowban makes an excellent third for an experienced rider seeking pure pop, precision, and versatility without compromise.
