2024 SALOMON HIGHPATH SNOWBOARD
Salomon’s Highpath Snowboard is another 2024 deck that received high regards from our testers. Stable in firm snow, maneuverable in powder, and very easy on the eyes, the Highpath is truly an exceptional board. Its directional shape is purposeful but not too dramatic, giving the Highpath an excellent lift in the nose without compromising its strength in the tail. As a result, this board can navigate effortlessly through powder while still railing powerful carves on groomed terrain. The even flex that emerges from Salomon’s meticulous manufacturing matches with fiberglass and basalt reinforcements to create the ultimate blend of pop and power throughout the length of the board. Seamless edge transitions and an ultra-surfy feel are a result of these performance attributes—giving the Highpath quite a high-end feel. Though its price point alludes to such luxuries, the Highpath is worth every penny.

Snappy, quick, and never too stiff, the Highpath leaves it all on the table. It’s floaty in powder, peppy in-bounds, and unsurprisingly stable at higher speeds. Need we say more? Such well-roundedness keeps the Highpath accessible to a wide range of snowboarders, accommodating those in the intermediate and advanced categories. Intermediate riders will find a lot to love within the Highpath’s warm and balanced persona, while those on the more advanced end of the spectrum will delight in the Highpath’s seemingly endless performance ceiling.
