2025 Atomic Volant 7000with Ml 12 GW Bindings

The all-new 2025 Atomic Volant 7000 is quite the unique ski playing off the heritage of the fabled Stainless steel powered Volant skis. Utilizing Stainless steel laminates instead of the more widely used titanal laminates gives the Volant a very distinct, damp and smooth feeling over the snow surface. Luxuriously crafted for undeniable beauty, the Volant 7000 brings high-class to high-end performance to the mid 70 mm underfoot frontside category.

Why we like it:

Carrying the Volant name into the modern age with updated shapes and materials is a rad way to bring nostalgia to the high end of performance.

Who it's for:

Advanced to expert frontside cruisers who prefer damp and smooth characteristics in a ski over all else.

Highlights:

Stainless steel laminates bring back the retro feel of the widely popular Volant skis with a modern flavor and footprint. Combined with Atomic’s modern Power Woodcore, the Volant is ready for a variety of turn shapes with the utmost power and precision.

Things to consider:

Stainless steel has a different feel to it than the more popular titanal in that it is harder to manipulate and sometimes can be more damp and less responsive than what people are generally accustomed to.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Skis true to size. Since it is a frontside ski, the 2025 Atomic Volant 5000 should be sized down slightly.
