This is a great ski from anything from powder, Mogul’s and groomers. It does it all!

This is a great East Coast ski everything ski!!

What's your first impression of this ski? How did it feel?

The M-Pro 100 is a great charging ski. It felt most comfortable when skied over the center base rather than driving hard into the turn. They felt a bit overly burly for me.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

All mountain.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

Advanced and up.

If you could change anything about these skis, what would you change and why?

Take away some of that burly weighted feel.

This felt a bit long for me, but I've been having a very nice time downsizing lately. I'll also do one of these for the 178 which I preferred.

What's your first impression of this ski? How did it feel?

The 185 in this ski is pretty long. It makes very nice drawn out turns but is a bit more reluctant to make quicker turns. This is a change from the previous M-Pro 99 which excelled in shorter turns despite the longer radius.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

This 100 is a true all-mountain performer. There's no preference on the ski's side as to where it wants to go, it's all in for whatever you want. I had a lot of success on groomers on this ski, but it also feels very amenable to broken snow and chop due to the easy maneuverability.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

The tail is more accessible than it used to be on the 99, and that opens it up for a wider range of skier. Also, the shape is rounder, and that allows for easier turning and more smoothness.

If you could change anything about these skis, what would you change and why?

I still really liked the stiff and responsive tail of the 99. I get why they did it to the new 100, and the metal being shorter makes it more playful, but there was something very satisfying and rewarding about the older shape and build that the new one doesn't quite replicate.

For the skier that wants to ski fast on groomed black diamond trails on a 100mm ski. Sank like a rock in deeper snow.

Intermediate and stronger skiers.

There is a use case for this ski so I wouldn’t change it.

What's your first impression of this ski? How did it feel?

The M Pro 100 feels like a much more aggressive ski than the M Free while also being lighter on your feet and more dynamic. I got along with the ski a lot better and within a run or two. The property that jumped out to me the most was the dynamic nature of the rebound and energy in the ski.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

They held a strong edge on the hard snow with a good sidecut for driving hard turns. I would be happy to rip groomers on these if that was the only option. This feels like a great all mountain weapon with a really intuitive turn feel in a lot of conditions and terrain choices. I like them the most as a directional freeride ski charging through varied terrain and variable snow. The ski wants to go fast but can be relaxed if need as well.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

This is an advanced intermediate to expert level ski. Easy to get started on but it has a really high skill ceiling for those who can access it.

If you could change anything about these skis, what would you change and why?

Nothing, it skis exactly how I want a directional freeride ski to perform.

Very much enjoyed this ski as it matches my skiing style, great carver with a lot of freeride maneuvers and slashy character. Felt strong and composed on trail but also maneuverable and slashy in soft snow.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

Pure all-mountain freeride potential here. Literally a do everything kind of ski. Its sturdy and damp nature made it great on trail while its rocker and taper made it great in soft snow and off-piste.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

Advanced to expert skiers will extract performance out of the ski with its weight being the limiting factor.

I wouldn't change anything about it!
